Laesha Shivdasani Sagar brings a wealth of expertise in compliance, management, and operational efficiency to Casa Vista Montessori with over a decade of experience in operations.

Her professional journey began in the United States, where she was an Application Processor at the Intersocietal Accreditation Commission and eventually advanced to the role of Compliance Officer. In this leadership capacity, she managed a team of 30+ professionals, oversaw office-wide data and reporting, developed internal policies and procedures, and ensured adherence to rigorous compliance standards. These experiences shaped her ability to build structured, efficient systems that foster both team success and client satisfaction.

In addition to her administrative career, she also gained classroom experience as a Teacher’s Assistant at Children’s Manor Montessori School in Columbia, Maryland. This hands-on exposure to Montessori education provided her with a deep appreciation for the dedication and care that educators bring to their work—a perspective she carries into her leadership role at Casa Vista Montessori.
